1. STRICTLY NO CANCELATION!!! In any instance that I allow cancelation, there will be a 30% cancelation fee or your downpayment will be non-refundable, whichever is higher. Also, I reserve the right to cancel our transaction specially if the buyer has not settled the balance past the DOP.
2. If you are a minor, make sure you have your parent's consent before placing an order.
3. If buying photocards, I'll do my best to attach video condition if available, but please manage your expectations. I will not be responsible for any manufacturer's defect. Scratches or imprints are not a reason for refund or return. Not for sensitive buyers.
4. Scratches, discoloration and any manufacturer's defect on the merch can not be the reason for refund or returning.
5. No rush shipping.
6. LONG PATIENCE IS A MUST. Most of the items are under preorder status, unless stated otherwise.
7. Do not expect an aesthetic packaging from me. My focus is to make sure your item gets to you safely.
8. I won't be liable for any lost or damaged parcels and any courier mishandling. Should there be any issues with your order, a clear and unedited/raw unboxing video while inside the sealed box/pouch is a MUST.
9. Make sure to provide your complete and accurate information to avoid delays in shipping or lost items.
10. If using direct Flash Express as courier, shipping fee will needs to be paid upon pickup.

11. If using Shopee Checkout, shipping fee must be paid via Shopeepay. No COD for Shopee Checkout!
12. Remember, using Shopee Checkout is always at your own risk and may be removed as mode of delivery anytime. Also, keep in mind that Flash Express does not offer insurance on the item, so there may still be risks with parcel(s) being lost or stolen.
13. If you select Shopee Checkout, item price in Shopee will be 10 PhP.
14. When using J&T Direct, insurance will be added to your shipping fee. This is a must so we can make sure that your item and our transaction is secured.

16. No late fee but please be responsible with your DOP. Downpayment is always 50% and PAYO unless otherwise stated.
